Chemically treated seeds

Seeds that have been chemically treated with e.g. fungicides are classified as hazardous waste from agriculture and are received according to the price list for hazardous waste from commercial and agricultural activities. Treated seed, with the exception from seeds treated with mercury, are received as pesticides. Old seeds that have been treated with mercury cannot be placed in pesticides but are instead received as mercury.

Keep different hazardous wastes separately from one another. Store in original packaging or mark the contents of the container. Outdated medicines can be returned to a pharmacy, and used batteries can be returned to the store.
